Description: Indicated horsepower (Main engines and collective),
revolutions per minute for starboard and port engines, indicators
for the hull being moderately and extremely foul (as opposed to clean).
Theory says that hp to obtain a desired rpm takes on form: hp=c*(rpm**3).
Hull condition also is related. Data reported on 25 runs.
