also see next to last paragraph on p.2216). Using these numbers, we get very similar results to Table II, p. 2219.

Step 1: Obtain 90% CI for mu_T - mu_R in terms of log(Y)
Step 2: Take 100*exp(meanDiff), 100*exp(LB) and 100*exp(UB)  
Step 3: See whether interval lies completely between (80, 125)
